Westchester Apartments Completes Property-Wide Parking Lot Restriping & Sealing

We’re excited to share another improvement at Westchester Apartments in Austintown, Ohio!

Our property-wide parking lot sealing and restriping project has officially been completed, giving the entire community a cleaner, more polished, and refreshed appearance.

Over time, parking surfaces naturally experience wear and tear from weather, traffic, and everyday use. Completing this project allows us to help protect the pavement while also improving the overall appearance, organization, and accessibility of the property.

A Fresh Look for Westchester

The completed work includes sealing throughout the property and freshly painted parking lines, creating clearly defined parking spaces and a more uniform appearance across the community.
